The Andel´s Design Concept

The andel´s design concept was first realised in Prague together with the architects Jestico + Whiles. The name itself goes back to the centrally located Prague district of Anděl (Czech for “angel”). The quiet and unobtrusive design line of the 4-star andel´s hotels, coupled with special colours and forms, lends each hotel its own unique personality.

The andel´s Hotel Łódź reflects the historic contrast of its surroundings. Following careful renovations of the historic red-brick building, the former factory – a weaving mill established by textile magnate Izrael Poznanski – was transformed into the modern andel´s Łódź city and business hotel. Within the historic walls lies a combination of sophisticated contemporary architecture, individuality and functionality that arises out of the special mix of colours, textiles, art, sculptures and furniture. The design harmonises with the historic structure of the building, creating a gallery-like hotel offering pure comfort and luxury.
