This pilot line is built for high-end synthetic leather base fabrics and precision filtration media.
It integrates 13 needlepunching machines (20 needle boards) covering a full range of configurations, including single/double-board systems, dual-zone synchronized punching, and high-frequency raising units.
Upstream systems include 2.5m & 3m carding lines and high-speed clamp crosslappers (up to 90 m/min) based on a high-speed industrial crosslapping architecture.
Through optimized needling design, the line produces fabrics with uniform structure, tight consolidation, and no visible needle marks, meeting premium surface and structural requirements. The system can also be reconfigured for filtration material production through selective machine utilization.
