Route 1 integrates:

fiber opening → airlaid web → powder addition → single-board needlepunching → winding

Suitable for products requiring functional additives embedded in fiber webs, such as absorbent hygiene materials.

Route 2 processes glass fiber, bamboo fiber, hemp fiber, and other natural fibers via:

airlaid web → dual-board needlepunching → winding

Supporting stable consolidation of eco-based fiber systems.

This configuration enables flexible processing aligned with the shift toward sustainable nonwoven materials.
